Heavy rain forced the cancellation of today's netball tournament just as teams were preparing for the first matches on our playground.
Rev. Tomalin led the school's Harvest Festivals in the morning, with KS2 children having offered donations to Christian Aid, and KS1 children having brought in either harvest goods or a Christian Aid offering. The harvest produce donated by the younger children was delivered to Grangemead, a home for the elderly, by a group of children just before lunch.
Parents of Y6 children were invited to the school at 6.30pm to hear about the format of the end of Key Stage 2 tests.
